Fluentwa, operated by Siddhant V Jha, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with, or
- Contact us via the in-app support channel and we will help you initiate the refund.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; refunds for the current cycle are handled under the 30-day guarantee above.
Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle first — we will almost always resolve issues faster than your bank can.
